The Regulations on anti-money laundering and terrorist financing (Money Laundering Regulations) (Hvitvaskingsforskriften – LOV 2018) came into effect from October 15, 2018. These regulations make changes to the Regulations on measures against money laundering and terrorist financing and to the Regulations on the control committee for measures against money laundering, which were both published in 2009.
