The States General of the Netherlands has published its progress on the implementation of the 4th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (4th AMLD), following the consultation carried out by the Dutch Ministry of Finance on the draft law for transposition of the 4th AMLD and implementation of the EU Funds Transfer Regulation (Regulation 2015/847), for which responses and findings were published in July 2017.
