Japanese pachinko machine manufacturer Aruze has approved the dissolution of subsidiary company Seta Corp after the machine-device supplier decided to liquidate on the back of the downturn in the country’s pachinko market. In a separate measure, Aruze has also reconsolidated a range of other subsidiary branches in a cost-saving effort.
