The British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) has agreed to pay former president and CEO Vic Poleschuk more than C$600,000 in severance pay. At the same time, a newly commissioned audit of lottery wins in the past six years uncovered no new evidence of fraud but raised many of the same oversight concerns as an earlier report, which led to Poleschuk’s departure.
