After appearing in court yesterday, the second of Sportingbet’s employees that were arrested back in May 2008 on charges linked to online gambling has had his passport returned and travel restrictions removed. However, in a statement to the London Stock Exchange, the company said the legal process continues and is not expected to be resolved until next year at the earliest.
