The Bulgarian parliament has passed the Law amending the law on payment services and payments systems, which was published in Official Gazette 59/2016 (July 29, 2016). This law contains amendments related to the requirements established by Directive 2014/92/EC on the comparability of fees related to payment accounts, payment account switching and access to payment accounts with basic features.
