On April 4, 2019, the draft law ratifying Ordinance No. 2018-1125 of December 12, 2018, which was introduced in the National Assembly on April 2, 2019, was made public. The draft law is part of the implementation package of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and it will ratify Ordinance No. 2018-1125 in accordance with Article 32(II) of Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 implementing the GDPR.
