The Bank of Mexico has announced the issuance of new provisions to improve the fund transfer service through the Interbank Electronic Payment System (SPEI). The bank has issued Circular 13/2017 and Circular 14/2017 to establish the process for interested participants in the system and the new provisions for the transfer of money through the SPEI.
