On February 25, 2019, the Ministry of Finance launched a consultation on the Financial Markets Amendment Decision 2019, which amends a set of rules that includes provisions of the Decree on Conduct of Business Supervision of Financial Undertakings under the Wft on payment service providers. The Decree on Supervision of Audit Firms and the Implementation Decree regarding the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act are also amended.
