Money transmitters operating or planning to operate in Oregon must comply with Chapter 717 of the Oregon Revised Statutes and all applicants must complete and submit an application to the Division of Financial Regulation, along with a non-refundable fee of $1,000 which will cover the applicant’s first year of activities.
