Russia: Government Introduces Draft Law on Experimental Regulatory Regimes for Digital Innovations

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has introduced a draft Federal Law “on experimental regulatory regimes in digital innovations and on amendments to other Acts of Russian Federation”. The draft law aims to determine the procedure for initiating, establishing and monitoring implementation, determine the results of implementing experimental legal regimes in digital innovation and would allow persons engaged in the development and implementation of digital innovations to implement their practical application and test them.
