The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) published its latest mutual evaluation report for Turkey on December 16, 2019. FATF assessed Turkey’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) measures in place at the time of the on-site visit from March 5 to March 21, 2019. The report analyses the country’s level of compliance with the FATF 40 Recommendations and the level of effectiveness of its AML/CTF system.
