The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined Sonali Bank (UK) Limited for failings with regard to its anti-money laundering controls. Sonali Bank was fined £3,250,600 and a restriction has been imposed preventing it from accepting deposits from new customers for 168 days.
